non medical recommend

I am not medically qualified to give
ANY ADVICE.
In saying that, I was given this
product from my ENT recently.
I have had sinus infections, maybe allergies etc.
I thought:
"this will be gross, messy, yucky etc"
it is not.
Then on saw it on the news by a allergist recommend
So I thought I would share it with you.
IT is something you use preventatively as well
Takes maybe a total of 5-7 minutes a day.
I would recommend it.
Now I try not to be a salesperson
unless..I think something has value
So...that is my non medical advice post.
as everyone says
always ask your doctor first.
I am not a nurse or doctor
just someone who thinks this is a
"good thing"

My daughter uses this! It has really helped to keep her from having sinus headaches.
She was in her bathroom using it the other evening as I walked down the hallway and since the door was open, I stopped to watch this in action. I couldn't help but laugh! LOL! :D She started to chuckle and almost choked! I left...still laughing...I could still hear her chuckling/snorting...:)

I do use a saline spray every day. That is all my doctor wants me to use. It does help!

I'll endorse yours if you'll endorse mine =) You'll have to stop by to see what I mean.

I hadn't heard of this one before but I'm glad you passed it along. We're a chronic sinusitus family. Blessings... Polly

I've heard that saline rinses are effective. Never tried it myself, though.

I tried to leave a comment yesterday, but blogger was having issues. I will keep this in mind. Thanks for the suggestion. I always value other people's opinions. It helps to pick out what to purchase in the store.

I've never heard of this, but I know that my husband suffers terribly sometimes and so I'll have to look for this for him. Maybe it would help him.
