Little Homes and Big Hearts

I love to read, and must admit that I do read pretty fast.
This book came on a recommend from Michele, at Cherish the Home.
Another wonderful thing, about the blessing of blogging.
I liked it so much, that a copy of it is going to be in
my BLOGAVERSARY GIVEAWAY, May 2nd.
It is published by Keepers of the Faith
You can go to their web site and request a free catalog.
They have books for children and many wonderful things.
~~~~~~ooooOoooo~~~~~
This is the last paragraph in the book:
A kind word, a helping hand, a soft answer,
a loving action-for the Master's dear sake-
a simple testimony
given to the truth of the Gospel,
and to the love of Jesus-
these are in the power of all Christians.
It sounds good Deby,
I'm trying to remember the last time I actually sat down and read an entire book! I used to read all the time...so much that my husband would get 'jealous' of my books! LOL I need to make more time to read!
As you know that is one of my very favorite books! I'm so glad you enjoyed it too. I have read mine so many times and underlined and highlighted many portions. I just love it when fiction touches and pricks my heart. (o:
Many Blessings,
What a powerful verse. If I don't win I will definitely have to buy this book. I love to read also. I learn so much through books and some let me go on adventures. I'm reading The Friday Night Knitting Club right now. Thanks for always sharing such wonderful posts.
Deby,
Thanks for visiting my site and commenting! I appreciate everyone who stops in and it makes my day! LOL! Anyway, I am an avid reader and a real booklover. There is not a room in my house that does not have books in it (except the bathroom). I was reading the books and movies that you like and we seem to have the same taste in books. Have you read any of Karen Kingsbury's books or Kristen Heitzmann's books. These two ladies are my favorite Christian Writers and I know you would enjoy their books, if you haven't already!
I am aiming to WIN, - but I don't usually - so I will go and check out the website. We LOVE to read in this house. I have lot's of good books that are put out by Lamplighter Publishing. These are excellent in character training for little ones.
Keepers of the Faith is a good organization. We used to buy from them when the girls were little. Seems like a long time ago!
I Love to read too, but find it hard to get time for it. The previous post with your grandma's house is nice. It is an adorable home...
Deby ~ I love this quote! Are you reading along with the GLH group this month? I never comment, but I do try to keep up with the conversations. :o) I just finished April Gold. This quote very much goes along with that story.
