True Anticipation---**more added

I am spending the day in much prayer as many of you are.
God is as much on the Throne today as yesterday.
HIS plan will unfold.
People need the Lord
Our country needs the Lord
Hoopla is in Washington today
Wait ....
OH !!!! there is so much more and so much BETTER coming for
Us that are HIS !!!!

2 Chronicles 7:14
If my people, which are called by my name,
shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face,
and turn from their wicked ways;
then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin,
and will heal their land.
~~ooOoo~~
We are one day closer to the Lord's Return
REJOICE !!!

Dear friends, I am writing in response to some private emails:
Oh..... in my heart, I am so sad.
I know what he stands for, how he is pro- choice and all the rest…
but, there are no surprises with God—
WE just have to stay faithful even more….
Stay in the WORD, even MORE,
stay in prayer... even more…
yes....
those who live Godly WILL suffer persecution

Hi Deby, I LOVE the pink background ~ it reminds me of my favorite season ~ Spring!!!!

As for Obama ~ God placed him in the position. He is most definitely in control. I don't know - I reckon I just haven't worried about it. Nothing will happen that God won't allow ~ and God will likely allow things that will be painful for us Americans. America has left their first love. And with that there are prices to pay. So we must pray, pray, pray. Blessings ~ Cathryn

It doesn't matter...eternally. We can serve our Lord no matter what. If we suffer through this for a few years, then we have something in common with our Saviour...that's a good thing. No one looks forward to suffering, but we must be willing to suffer if it is God's will. Just my thinking on this day...some may disagree.

I was so encouraged by Pastor Warren's prayer for President Obama. I pray that it will inspire him to serve the Lord with this so sacred position.

Well said (and not said). Yes, all authority is given by God and we need to pray and study even more. Thank you for the encouragement and reminder.

(I'm visiting from Deb's Songs From My Journey blogroll -- Nice to meet you :-)

Deby,
I don't know why I didn't come here on that day. Well, to tell you the truth, that was a tough day for me. But the Lord has lifted me and I know He has a plan in all this.
