This is a picture of a plaque that I have
hanging in my house.
with the *SEASON* upon us
Here are some scriptures I would like
to share with you all.
John 14:27
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you:
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you:
not as the world giveth, give I unto you.
Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Romans 5:1
Therefore being justified by faith,
Romans 5:1
Therefore being justified by faith,
peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
Phil. 4:7
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding,
Phil. 4:7
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding,
shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
I hope this will help you stay focused in the coming weeks.
I know I sure need it.

These Scriptures are a wonderful reminder....Thank you for posting them!
Because of Christ,
Mrs.B
All of them are VERY good verses. It makes me sadder with each passing year how the world is focused on good rather than the true meaning of this season.
Thank you, this is very good to keep in mind!
I am thinking of trying to cross stitch this!
Great way to start the week!

Deby, I really like the plaque you have. Thanks for the verses.
beautiful Scriptures to remind us of the reason for the season...
Thanks for the reminder. I needed that today. How did you know? Did an angel whisper it in your ear? Pray for us. We are trying to get financing to buy our little house and should know within a couple weeks.
Thanks, Deby. May the Lord use these verses to help us stay focused on Christ. The world around us makes it quite difficult, doesn't it?
What a lovely plaque to have hanging. Thank you for sharing the Scriptures. What a blessing!

Amen and Amen!
That is a awewome plaque, with great verses. Good reminder to keep us all aware of the real truth of the season.
I like Philippians 4:6 to go along with 7....one of my favorite passages of scripture - I often need to remind myself of its teaching!! So easy to get caught up in life and then say - oh yeah....that's what God wants me to do - go to Him! :-)
