The furnace

I read this when I was reading my Bible this morning:
Isaiah 48:10
Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver;
I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.

This brought me comfort
maybe it will you too ?

Yes amen, it does bring comfort to know God is always working on us, and that one day we will be perfected just as Christ is perfect, yep one day...Hugs

Deby,
thank you for the scripture! I do really believe this...so many Christians think that as we pass through this life will be a piece of cake but Christ never promised us an easy life but that He would give us the grace....His grace to make it through!
Blessings,
vikki
