Fall and Spurgeon

"A Bible that is falling apart usually belongs to someone who isn’t."

Hi Deby. Glad you came by and visited my blog. I love the McCain/Palin sticker. I also like what you have written above the comment box. Well said. So you have had an MRI? I'm kind of out of the loop - I have just found your blog recently and several others that I am now following. And you have fibro too? Not much fun is it. I'm not as bad as some cases I have seen. Were it not for some of the medications I take - I don't know what I would do. Take care and I hope everything works out with the MRI results. Talk with you again soon. Lord bless, Cathryn in Kentucky

I do love Spurgeon. I am using his little devotional book for about the third time. He writes with such wisdom.
I'll be praying about those mri results.

Still praying for you!

My hubby has been dealing with the VA lately and he came home and said, "Well, if Obama gets elected then we'll all have government healthcare and you can be sure no one will like it!" Anyone who has ever had to go through government red tape to get anything done should not be voting for Obama.

Hi Deby,
Thanks for entering your home in my Name Your Nest, I was so touched by how humble and encouraging your testimony was. How wonderful! I tried to visit your blog there but it is for invited readers only so I hope this is okay to post here:-)
God Bless!

I surely hope my Bible is always in a state of disrepair.

I love the fall leaves. Their color is so pretty. I is going to get colder here Monday night, I believe. I can hardly wait.

I love Spurgeon. That quote is especially true. A worn Bible usually means someone has used it a lot. When I was young, I used to not want to wrinkle a page or put a mark on a verse. I soon leaned you can't really use your Bible consistantly and it not show. Now I am thankful for my well used Bible.

I hope you get your MRI results soon. I hate waiting for test results. I am still praying for the outcome to be to your good. connie from Texas
