Place pumpkin on cookie sheet in oven preheated to 375 degrees.
Bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours. (you can tell it is done with pumpkin scrapes easily out of the pumpkin)

Scrape pumpkin out and serve on top of rice mixture with brown sugar.

I've never seen anything like it! It looks delicious!
What a great idea! How did the kids like eating from the pumpkin? This is really neat, thanks for the recipe.
I've never done anything like this recipe. Not only is it yummy (I'm sure) but it's beautiful too!
How're you doing?
You know what? I'm tempted to try this because I like all the ingredients in it. I've never made anything with a pumpkin so that's kind of scary.
Wow not only does that sounds good but it looks so pretty and as my mom taught me its all about presentation!!
That is so neat. I passed it along to my Aunt too.
