I just saw your post about merry tossmas. So great. I'm quite sick of all this politically correct wording. If people say happy holidays - I just respond merry Christmas.
Great post!

That was great! and it's so true, if we stop at the manger what then do we have? Jesus' birth is only the begging of the Gospel. And not really the important part. His death, burial, and resurrection is important and is how we are able to receive God's forgiveness. He could have been born, but if he never died, we would still be a lost and dieing people. Thanks for posting this!

Thanks for posting this. I loved the quotes, especially Tozers:
“The gospel that stops at the manger is another gospel and no good news at all. The church that still gathers around the manger can only be weak and misty eyed, mistaking sentimentality for the power of the Holy Spirit” AMEN!!! absolutely what we are being taught at our church right now. If you don't mind I'm going to share this quote with a link to your post? Blessings.

Thank you so much Deby. I am sometimes amazed at how Mary was the Mother of Jesus yet like the song says He made the womb in which she carried him. So amazed. Thanks again. connie from Texas

This was wonderful! I don't think I have ever heard this song... but wow...

My son and I watched it together and both were teary-eyed by the time it was done.

Thanks for sharing, and thanks for the comments on my blog:-)
