So I cheated and did a blog post with

1) admit they are a sinner (Romans 3:23); 2) realize there is a payment for sin (Romans 6:23); 3) believe that the payment was made by Jesus with His death on the cross, burial, and resurrection (Romans 5:8); 4) be willing to repent of your sins and turn to God (Acts 17:30); and 5) in prayer, humbly ask the Lord Jesus Christ to be your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10: 9, 13)

Love learning new things...
Hope you are feeling well again soon. I have heard that injections are not fun. I get one for bursitis in my shoulder every now and then. Thankfully the pain relief is very worth the temporary discomfort. Hope your experiences are like that.
