Why I am voting Mc Cain

IF this were the ONLY REASON
Abortion stops a beating heart
Isaiah 5:20
Woe unto them that call evil good,
and good evil; that put darkness for light,
and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet,
and sweet for bitter!
There are SOOOO many reasons
I am voting McCain
another would be
I am

AMEN! Babies are precious! ALL OF THEM!
And you're right. If they were the only reason to vote for McCain/Palin, that would be enough.

I just had this same thought go through my head this morning.
Sometimes my heart is heavier than other times about abortion as the reality of what is done to the babies hits me so hard. You worded this well and I like the verse you chose.

I agree Deby, after just losing my babies through miscarriage, I can't imagine HOW a woman could do that through abortion!

It is so sad that so many want children and some can't have them and then their are all these women that are fully capable of having them and they just kill them! Sad....

Amen, Deby, Amen!

I am in total agreement with your post. God save our babies in the womb and those out of the womb. God protect our Country. God bless America! connie from Texas

I am right with you on this one, Dear Deby. I agree completely. My husband and I are in deep prayer for our country. I fear for our future as a nation.

I agree with you too. I am in prayer for the election, and for our nation. God bless.

America needs prayer, that is for sure! If only we Christians would pray this hard all of the time. I am a true believer of voting for what God deems important, He'll take care of the rest!! I know the context here, but this can definately apply....."If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." II Chron. 7:14

If every Christian would vote as God would have them through the Word, they would all be voting for McCain/Palin in this election.

If we, as Christians, would folow II Chron 7:14, then I believe GOD would hear us and McCain would be our next President. I am praying ofr MERCYC!

Well, you certainly told it like it is. My feelings exactly. Come on over and read my reasons when you get a chance. I didn't enable comments on mine. This is the end and because of my having had this election series, I have grown weary of it all. Just waiting to see what the Lord does.

Hi Deby, I was catching up on some reading and noticed the notes on your MRI. Here in Michigan we can go to the Radiology department/Lab and get copies of all our reports. I started doing this years ago because a previous doctor lost my reports when we changed doctors!!!!and they said we would have to pay. That wasn't true the hospital/lab gives them to you for free. They will also give you a disk with the xrays or MRI pictures on them. This has come in very handy for us. The reports are not hard to read and diagnosis I don't know - internet comes in handy :) One time our doctor said that our daughter was fine. So I questioned her on what the report said. She said Oh I didn't catch that sorry. It was very important. So I'm a true believer in taking a very active part in our health care. Doctors are only human too.
Boy did I ramble. Hope you get to feeling better though. I to have Fibro and IBD.

Hi Deby,

Well, it is done. Only God knows what is in store but we must still claim the promise that HE IS ON HIS THRONE. That HE STILL IS IN CONTROL. We must keep our eyes off the circumstances and on the Savior. Too many Christians have been complacent. Too many Christians have walked away from their personal walk and lived like the world. Too many Christians have laid down their arms for Christ. Is it any wonder that the results are what they are? I cannot say that I am shocked. Sad and disappointed - yes. But not shocked. Lord Bless You, Cathryn
