Had my tests, and will have part 2 as they say on Monday.
Today's was the rough one...I am praising the Lord
For HIS goodness and mercy and the Prayers of HIS People
Should know the results next week
Still have another one in March
Thank you dear friends for praying
She is using it this week for her caption contest.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
I was thinking of all the things we have done,
as women to try to improve our looks.
Look at this little girl, it starts so young.
I would guess this is one of those early
permanent days...or is it?
I have read recently most women
have their hair done, more to please
other women, rather than what
their spouse likes.
I think I would agree with that statement.
Anyways, this picture sure tickled my funny bone and reminded me of my
first experience as a 5 year old getting my long hair cut off and getting a
very curly perm. When I see the old movies of it,
I CRINGE.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
For more great pictures every week,
pictures and then you come up with the captions.

ALSO, Would love prayer
I am having some cardiac testing
tomorrow. I am sure it is NOTHING
but a tad nervous, plus I have to be off caffeine
**24 hours**

That is a cute picture, Deby. It does bring back memories. My mother used to curl my hair with socks! And I remember those smelly permanents. lol
I'm praying for you to have a good report, dear, in Jesus name.
You said:

I would agree!
I will pray for you. I pray that He will help you feel calm and comforted before, during and after. I also pray that you get a good report!
Blessings,
~Mrs.B
Love the picture. She is really thinking hard, isn't she. :o) Praying your tests go well.
I'll be praying for you Deby too. Hugs and love.

Were you going for that Shirley Temple look? ;-)
I'll be praying for you!
love the pic!
and going with caffeine is the worst, eh! hope you have a big mug when you are able!
I wouldn't say we try and impress women more then men. For me I would say I go for what I like with my husbands approval...Although I will say women "appreciate" a good hair style more then men. Praying for your procedure tomorrow sis..
Love Ya,
Lisa <><
Hey Deby,
Praying for your tests and no caffiene, wow!!
I love the picture, that is so funny and think people actually did their house like that a long time ago.
You probably already had the testing as I write this, Deby. Hope all went well!! Thanks for sharing that pic.
I love that picture. I will pray for you. Going off coffee is so hard. I hope you get a cup as soon as the test is over.

I am keeping you in my prayers dear Deby
I had one of those electrical permanents when I was a young girl and the lady burned my head... I still have the scar...
I am praying for the second test and hope that it turns out as well as the first one...
prayers and Hugs,
Mimi
Deby, Sorry to hear you are having problems. You are in my prayers for good results in your tests. Sorry I'm late with this post, I've been away from the blogs this past week. Take care of yourself. Love, Karen
That is such a funny picture! Look at the way her cute little legs are crossed! She is no doubt copying what mommy does! Too cute! The machine looks so scary though....ehhhh. It's true that we do things more to please other women than our spouses, kind of weird though isn't it!
Hugs, Sharon
Do hope and pray that all will be well. Not nice having tests.
How many children today would sit still under a hair contraption like that.
I haven't been able to come and visit for a while but I wanted you to know that I have kept you in my prayers. I do pray that all of the test turn out to your advantage. I really care about you dear Deby and I know the Lord is taking care of you. love you, connie from Texas
Deby, Thanks for stopping by my blog. I surly will pray for you, the Lord is kind and His will be done.
