Missons conference

We are having Missions conference this week at our church.
The Evangelist, John Goetsch Jr. , is our speaker and his
lovely wife, April is doing the special music.
What a team
What a blessing.
At home, I am working on some small crocheted scarfs.
Nothing fancy. My daughter in loves church, in Nebraska,
sends them to the Ukraine for the children there. I wish I was
more talented in this area...I am limited to chain, single crochet,
double crochet, slip stitch..and not really good at directions..
now if someone was here to SHOW me ..I could do more...haha.
I am seeing everyone changing their blogs so much and VERY jealous,
I must admit. Now, If you think you could help me over the phone
on basics, I have unlimited stateside LONG distance and you are patient,
please email me.
That's it for here...we are having a major
wind storm today...already
hearing of Power outages...

Enjoy your missions conference! We don't have a conference yet, but the month of November is missions month at our church.

Isn't this weather horrible?! The wind is what makes it so hard to deal with. I can live with the rain!

ooohhh! John Geotch, awesome speaker! He spoke at one of my son's sports banquets here in Tampa a few years ago. He was also the key speaker for a week of teen camp at the Wild's in N.C. a few years back when my Josh attended. You will be blessed this week. Pray the Lord touches many hearts! You know me -- I LOVE them missioanries!! LOL

Sounds like you are having a great time at church as well as at home and that is good. Hope you have a wonderful weekend. love you, connie from Texas

Oh Michelle...
I wish you were here too...would be so much fun.
IT is wonderful.....just love the missionaries..to INCLUDE you...
Pam, You bet is is sure WONDERFUL..such a small world huh...but it sure does NEED more missionaries....
YES...it has been a blessing and you know ....knowing in my heart that I am TRULY saved sure makes a difference :)
Go for it...I found it somewhere in my EARLY days of blogging...
So I don't know WHO to give credit too...I would assume by the words, though..that they wouldn't mind..
Mrs. B.
It is so wonderful....I too love missionaries....and feel so inadequate when you look at ALL they do for the Lord....
Thanks for the comments..I love them as we all do and will work HARDER at answering..I know I love it when people do....so I assume all of you do to...so much of it depends on my energy from my fibromyalgia...I am blessed by your caring...

Your sign says it all. "To be almost saved is to be totally lost." How sad. Isn't it great to be saved and to know it. connie from Texas

Have a wonderful week.
