change at my house

I am ordering food from a company called:
The above map shows where they deliver.
I pick mine up in my town.
The people who are the pick-up point,
make no money for doing this.
I order straight from the company
and pay the company...
not the pick up point people.
This is my first order. I am buying all organic,
their prices are cheaper than my local stores.
You do not have to buy such big sizes.
This has been a VERY unhealthy time of my life.
I am trying, within our budget to eat more healthier.
It is work, especially on the days I feel so crummy.
I had bloodwork done at my naturopath
(which my insurance does not cover)
that showed which foods I am sensitive to.
so now I am staying away from:
ALL DAIRY, EGGS, WHEAT,YEAST,and a few
other things. I am not on any artifical sweetners or sugar.
I use stevia. It is a BIG change. I am doing what I can.
I am thankful my husband is not a picky kind of guy
and he is so willing to try new things.
I am reading, researching....yet knowing
that these things that are causing my body so much
pain and fatigue may be here to stay.
I am not doing it *perfect*, there is no such thing.
Sometimes it feels like I am getting nowhere, fast.
I am just sharing a good food source for those who might be interested.
They have a extensive catalog which they will mail to you.
They sell more than just food.
To sign up all you do is give a email and create a password.
Go have a look.

I'm glad you were able to find out what foods you are allergic to! The company sounds great but I don't see my state on the map. Maybe there is another company similar that does the same in the eastern states...I'll have to check on it.
I have recently cut out dairy and sugar and drink only water now and it has made a huge difference in my health! No more stomach problems, rarely have headaches or sinus problems and losing weight! Sure, I still sometimes eat what I shouldn't but it's a very small amount and maybe only once a week.
I hope this works for you and that you will have less pain!!!

Interesting! I wish you all the best with this new healthy eating! I've gone more organic, all natural eating and I definitely feel a lot better pain-wise when I'm doing that and exercising regularly. Hope you are feeling better soon!

Hey Deby! Long time since I heard from you, hope eliminating those things helps you.

I order from Azure as well but have never done the pick up point. I didn't know our area had one till now! Is the one you go to in Puyallup? I will have to call Azure to find out because sometimes I want a small order but haven't been able to do that.

Miss having coffee with you and Katie still loves her doll you gave her! :) Enjoy the 80 degrees today - we are going ice skating here soon.

Deby , this is so exciting to read! My niece Jackie would be so proud of you.
I know when I cut out the white flour, sugar, milk, and a few other things, I feel so much better and have much less swelling with my RA. I need to get strict again. Praying for you my friend. I think of you every day.

Dear Deby,
I'm interested in learning more about this company. I am gluten free, as I have celiac sprue. The transition has been difficult, but very worth it. Avoiding gluten is a huge step in managing inflammation. My family of five continues to eat as they always have. The cost is prohibitive to go gluten free for everyone. Currently I'm waiting on a Champion juicer and a dehydrator to accomodate eating more raw foods.
You can google about enzymes, or check the library for books by Victoria Boutenko (sp?) for more information. This may be helpful to you too.
Take extra good care,
Jen
