We love soups and this time of year we eat a lot of them. I think they all taste better the second day.

I'm with ya, Deby!! I LOVE soups of all kinds and recently have made the Barefoot Contessa's Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup which is very labor intensive, but SOOOO worth it, and Southern Living's Baked Potato Soup. Mmm mmm good!!
