I have always liked the thought of being Melody. This was supposed to be my middle name instead of Michelle.
I think I'd keep the same name. Not many people have the name Connie and at first I hated it but having had it for so long I now actually love it, sweet gold chickee!! I mean it! Connie.........hmmmmmmm, yep,
Smoochies,
Conie
I'm actually fond of my name, but if I had to change it, I would probably go with Cordillia Rose. I read that name in a book.
~Kristi
I think I would say June, since that's my month of birth. I always like people who have that name, especially one of my best friends who possesses it.
I love giveaways! If I could change my name it would be Sophia. I have always loved that name and if I ever have a daughter she is going to have that name.
I kind of did when I finished college and headed west. When I crossed the Mississippi I decided that I was Jennifer instead of Jenny.
Jenny always makes me feel like I am ten. I am able to tell who is when I met a person by how they refer to me.
Childhood, family-Jenny
marriage, motherhood-Jennifer
blogging-Jen(kind of self imposed, but I loved the way Pen of Jen went with Bill's Quill of Bill!)
Jennifer
You are so creative, Deby (and energetic to have a give-away a day! wow!).
Okay, my name would be: Elizabeth. Classic, I know. As a child, though, I would have chosen Clarissa as my name. It's much like Claire - as you chose.
Love

Hey Deby,
Thanks for dropping my by blog today. I hope you enjoyed yourself.
I will be back to yours.
Good post.
Have a great day!
Debbie
Hi Deby, I am finally back home after my 2 week trek across the USA. I had a wonderful time and now I have to play catch-up with mail, email, cleaning, laundry, etc, etc. I see you have a new contest. If I could choose another name it would be wither Beth or Ruth. Take Care.
What a neat idea!
I know that all through the years from about 10-16, I wanted my name to be *Diana* with the middle name *Lynn*. That was even before Princess Diana was well-known!
Now that I'm grown, I can't think of a name that I'd rather have, because mine is an unusual name for a woman and it makes me feel a bit *unique* :o)
Blessings,
Dallas
I would be Grace....Love grace....I would go by Gracie!!!
Hi Deby!
I think if I could change my name it would be Maren, or Jessica. I love both of those names.
Dear Deby;
I will name myself Rio. It means river in Spanish. I really like this name because of the connection to water. I was born right by the ocean.
blessings,
mari
Hmmm, I think it would have to be Samantha because I always wanted to have that name growing up. ;o)
What an interesting question! hmmm My main problem with my name is that I go by a nickname that has nothing to do with my given name (and have since birth). That was always annoying at school when the teacher would call me by my given name on the first day. Let's see...I think I would choose the name of an old friend from school. Her name is Summer and I think it's so pretty.
Hi Deby! Or should I say Claire??? LOL! I actually really like my name. I usually am the only one at my church or my job. So I guess I would not change my name.
Have a great evening!
:0) Sharon
I actually like my name! : ) But if I could change it, it would be Shea or Lauren.
Blessings!
hmmmm...I don't know if there is a more common name than the one we share, but as a child I was Debby, then I changed it to Debbie when I was about 11yrs old. Most of my family has always called me Deb, so as I got older I began introducing myself as Deb, rather than Debbie. I have always like the spelling of Deborah, because it's in the Bible, and at this point in my life...I really can't think of a name I'd rather have....How about you??
I would be Waimea!!!

I guess I like my name, Deby. I like my mother's name Furr though. I was Cathy Heath ( middle name, after my daddy). My grandmother called me that. :o)
I love the name Phoebe. That's what I'd pick.
I love Claire too Deb!!!!
Also love Tessa!!!!
Love the name Anna!!!!
Autumn is cute too!!!
What an interesting question!
I've actually already changed my name. Not legally though. I think I would keep the one I go by now.
joanna
I prefer the name: Cordelia
;o)
But I also like the name: Lee
Gwendolyn is a favorite as well.
I like my name because I was named for my Dad. But if I changed it, it would be Christina, I think.
connie from Texas
I would name myself Victoria Elizabeth, I just like it.
I really love the name haily too!!!
I actually tried to get my parents to legally change my name to Veronica lol. Of course they wouldn't, but I have always loved that name.
Bev
I like the name Meg! :) My grandmother's name was Margaret, so I would love to have that name, with Meg as a nickname.
I would change my name to Abby....Hugs
Hope is not my real name...but now that I've been Hope in the blogging world..it's become a part of me! ;)
I have always liked the name Adrienne.
I love the name Sierra Rose.
Isn't that pretty?
Brings mountains and beauty and grandeur to mind....
