I dabble in embroidery... I think it's very therapeutic as well.
Do you have any photos of YOUR work?

Very Pretty!

I have just started embroidering and I am loving it! I also like to search for tea towels, pillowcases or whatever I can find with embroidery on them at yard sales. Last week I found some tea towels for a quarter each.

Have a great day

So glad I happened upon your blog today. I think it was the nitage embroidery that caught my I but God's word that kept me reading. I'd like to place a link on my site to yours if you don't mind?

I appreciate it very much. I did embroidery as a young girl in home ec class, but never pursued it. I became quite an ardent fan of cross-stitching until lately when I don't see s well. But embroidered lines are exquisite.

Thanks for featuring my blog Deby! I loved to embroider when I was younger. Now my eyes are too bad and I collect beautiful pieces instead.

I just picked up a pillow that I've been working on and started working on it again. I do find it calming.
I love these types of pieces!☺

My beloved mother-in-love was truly a master at any type of needlework. She *always* had some project going (or two or three!) and continued to grow in her hobby by taking classes and attending workshops. I'm so thankful, that even though she's with Jesus now, we have some of those priceless treasures.

They sure are pretty. It's been a long time since I've done embroidery like that.

I've done some in the past...my daughters are very good at cross stitch and similar works.

Embroidery always bring back my grandmother.

My hobby is Quilting..this too is very therapeutic...and when given away makes the giver and receiver happy!

I love embroidered pretties. What gets me is that people would spend so much time on them and then rarely use them for fear of spoiling them. I often find things like these at yard sales for pennies and they come home with me!
