I feel at times that I have spent a lifetime in the dentist chair.
My husband says I am *dental mental* as I am always a nervous wreck when I go.
Now it is seeming like I am just so tired of being sick...

You read my mind, Deby. I was thinking this a.m. that I have to get to the dentist and I'm absolutely petrified. I had a bad, bad experience as a child and I'm so frightened to go that sometimes I have to take medication, can you believe it?!

I'm okay with the dentist, but my problem is white-coat hypertension. I get so anxious when I absolutely have to go to the doctors because I know those numbers are going to shoot way up.

Funny pix and I was like you for SO many years!
I found a dentist that is patient with her patients and a hygienist that understood my nervousness and for the past year, it has no longer terrified me the way it once did :o)
Now I'm hoping they NEVER leave my hometown or I'll have to start all over again!
