I get my things I need.
I walked in the office to see the displays all
decorated...thought it was cute and of course
"blog post came to mind"
Funny how that happens
(no antlers...LOL)
You do get used to it, you have to work at it, though.
Do you know someone who snores ?Most likely they have Sleep Apnea.
If possible, I truly recommend they have a Sleep study done.
It can save their life.

That is really so funny! Very clever too!
Hi Deby ~ OMG, Glenn snores like a bear and the doctor keeps telling him he needs to go for a sleep study. But, typical man, he won't go. I end up sleeping on the couch most of the time...and I dream of sleeping in my own comfy bed!
Hugz,
Michele
That's just too cute!
Oh, I don't know Deby - I think the antlers kind of finish off the look. Just admit it! You wear 'em. Yep. ;o)
Hey Deby ~ the picture is funny but wearing that is not. I hate it. I've had two sleep tests. I have it. I have a mask. I, um, don't wear it. I have, for some odd reason, a deviated septum, and that explains why I feel like I can not get air on that side. So, I pray and I sleep. But you and I both know I am not sleeping well. I am tired all the time. I'm thinking about starting up the mask again to see if I can adjust. Again. But as for the pictures - pretty funny. Blessings ~ Cathryn
You must have done a double-take when you walked into the office and saw those!! How very clever!! Hope you are having a good day, Deby!
Wow!
The antlers are a must-have accessory at this time of year, though.
No, seriously, that must be hard to get used to, sleeping with the mask on.
Deby,
I'm sorry that you have sleep apnea and have to deal with the issues associated with it, but it's great to see you deal with it positively and with a bit of humor, too. ;)
Way cute! LOL I really need to get Wes to make an appointment. He has snored - loudly - for years. He sleeps a lot but is tired a lot. I think that will go on my list of things for the new year.
Deby, I am enjoying your blog so much. Thank you for following my blog. My husband has many health problems and has been using CPAP for six years. Like you, I know how very important it is to be diagnosed ASAP and actually WEAR the mask. It's wonderful that you are sharing this message on your blog. Education is key.
I wear this one too!
